NLBA + Small Business Association

Unite with your peers to strengthen our small, locally owned businesses - whether you are one yourself or rely on their growth to enhance your own.
All are encouraged to join that unite with our vision.
Why We Exist:
To ensure our community is vibrant and connected, our small, locally-owned businesses will thrive, creating economic vitality to our neighborhoods, other businesses, schools, and local organizations.
As we saw during the pandemic, what we love to do in this community -- our quality of life relies heavily on our small, locally-owned companies. When they close, people lose jobs, companies that service them are impacted, nonprofit organizations lose contributions, and life is just less fun.
How We Help
When business leaders meet with other leaders to discuss needs - their own or the community's -- incredible innovation and charitable acts occur. When solutions are shared, the cost reduces for all, including our community.
What We Do
The Small Business Association will:
- Identify the needs of our neighbors/customers so that our businesses can better serve them
- Remove barriers our small, locally-owned businesses encounter
- Foresee challenges coming and think ahead to solutions
- Unite to rally, recognize, promote and celebrate the ways our small, local businesses support our community
